Each beer has been expertly matched to a unique flavor of cookie dough to create a one-of-a-kind tasting experience that combines rich malt profiles with sweet, festive treats.
Beer & Pairing Menu:
Spirit Sword (Belgian Single)
Pairing: Classic Sugar Cookie Dough – A buttery vanilla base complements the light, fruity notes of the Single.
Dragon of the Darkness Flame (Belgian Dubbel)
Pairing: Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough – The deep malt flavors of the Dubbel meld perfectly with rich, fudgy chocolate.
Spirit Gun (Belgian Tripel)
Pairing: Orange Cranberry Cookie Dough – Citrusy, zesty notes in the Tripel enhance the tangy sweetness of cranberry and orange.
Seed of the Death Plant (Belgian Quad)
Pairing: Salted Caramel Pecan Cookie Dough – The bold, caramelized flavors of the Quad shine with a salty-sweet nutty finish.
